Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Tickets and Attending the New Year’s Eve Event

General Information
The New Year’s Eve event “White Disko 2027” is organised by SIA “Semarah hotel management”.
Event venue: LIELUPE by Semarah Hotels, Bulduru prospekts 64/68, Jūrmala
Event date: 31 December 2026 – 1 January 2027
Event hours: 20:00–04:00
By purchasing a ticket or booking a New Year’s Eve offer, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Tickets and Reservations
• A ticket or booking confirmation entitles the holder to attend the event in accordance with the purchased offer.
• The ticket price and included services are specified in the offer description at the time of booking. All prices displayed on the website include VAT.
• Tickets are valid only for the specified event and date.
• Event tickets are available for purchase online on the Organiser’s website.
• Once full payment has been successfully completed, an electronic ticket will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
• Reservations are accepted subject to availability.
• The Organiser reserves the right to stop ticket sales once the event reaches its maximum capacity.

Cancellations and Ticket Refunds
• In accordance with Subparagraph 22.12 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014, “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure activities where the service provider undertakes to provide the service on a specific date or within a specific period.
• If a reservation is cancelled, the booking and cancellation conditions of the specific offer shall apply. Cancellation requests must be sent to: newyear@semarahhotels.com
• Until 30 November 2026 (inclusive) – a full refund is available.
• From 1 December 2026 – the ticket price is non-refundable.

Event Programme
• The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, schedule or line-up of performers where necessary, provided such changes do not materially alter the nature of the purchased service.
• In the event of significant changes, the Organiser will inform guests using the contact details provided during booking and/or by publishing information through its official communication channels.

Alcohol Consumption
• Alcoholic beverages are sold and served in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
• Alcoholic beverages are not sold or served to persons under the age of 18. Representatives of the Organiser or service staff may request identification in cases provided for by applicable laws and regulations.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse the sale or service of alcoholic beverages in circumstances provided for by applicable laws and regulations.

Attendance by Minors
• Persons under the age of 18 may attend the event only when accompanied by an adult. The parent, legal guardian or another person who has assumed responsibility for the minor is responsible for their supervision during the event.

Guest Conduct and Safety
• Guests must comply with the hotel’s internal rules and safety regulations, as well as instructions issued by the Organiser and hotel staff throughout the event.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or request that a person leave the event if their behaviour endangers the safety of other guests or staff, significantly disrupts the event, or violates applicable laws, regulations or the hotel’s internal rules.
• In such cases, any refund of the ticket price or service fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances and applicable laws and regulations.

Photography and Filming
• Photography and filming may take place during the event for the Organiser’s marketing and communication purposes.

Personal Data Processing
• Personal data collected during the ticket purchase or reservation process will be processed for booking administration, payment processing, event organisation and other lawful purposes in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.

Liability
• The Organiser is not liable for guests’ personal belongings left unattended during the event, except where liability arises under applicable laws and regulations.
• The Organiser is not liable for changes to or failure to hold the event due to circumstances that the Organiser could not objectively foresee or prevent, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
