To reserve a seat at a table:

2. Select the ticket type and confirm your selection.
3. To add another ticket, repeat these steps – select the next seat on the seating plan, choose the ticket type and confirm your selection

Once you have added all your preferred seats, proceed with your booking and complete payment

The following options are available to event guests:
• Seats at festive tables for individuals or groups, subject to availability
• Seats at festive tables for children, with the option to join the children’s programme for an additional fee (from 20:00 to 00:00, with activities in two age groups – 3–6 and 7–12 years). Free for children aged 2 and under
• Hotel room reservations on special terms
• Tickets may not be used in any competitions or campaigns without the event organiser’s written permission

Refund policy
Event tickets may be refunded under the following conditions:
• A full refund is available for requests submitted by 30.11.2026
• From 01.12.2026, tickets are non-refundable

Payment terms
• Event tickets are available to purchase online on the organiser’s website
• Once full payment has been successfully completed, your e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided in your booking

Early Bird
 
For tickets purchased by 30 November inclusive,
payment is available in two instalments:
50% upon booking and the remaining
50% within 15 days of booking

 

• €350 – adult (aged 13+), VIP zone
• €290 – adult (aged 13+), Premium zone
• €250 – adult (aged 13+), Classic zone
• €180 – child (aged 2–12), including participation in the children’s event
• €150 – child (aged 2–12)
