• In case of loss or theft of the gift card, it is not blocked, and the card amount or its balance is not refunded.
• Gift card can be used for any of the following services provided at Emitent hotel network hotels, for payment:At Lielupe Hotel – accommodation, Wellness center visit, SPA services, dining in restaurant or bar, children’s club services, conference room rental; At Grand Poet Hotel – accommodation, Wellness center visit, dining in restaurant, bar or café, conference room rental;
• Gift card cannot be used for prepayment of hotel accommodation services.
