Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Tickets and Attending the New Year’s Eve Event<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

General Information<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe New Year’s Eve event “White Disko 2027” is organised by SIA \u201cSemarah hotel management\u201d.<\/span>
\nEvent venue<\/strong>: LIELUPE by Semarah Hotels, Bulduru prospekts 64\/68, J\u016brmala<\/span>
\nEvent date<\/strong>: 31 December 2026 \u2013 1 January 2027<\/span>
\nEvent hours<\/strong>: 20:00\u201304:00<\/span>
\nBy purchasing a ticket or booking a New Year’s Eve offer, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tickets and Reservations<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 A ticket or booking confirmation entitles the holder to attend the event in accordance with the purchased offer.<\/span>
\n\u2022 The ticket price and included services are specified in the offer description at the time of booking. All prices displayed on the website include VAT.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Tickets are valid only for the specified event and date.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Event tickets are available for purchase online on the Organiser’s website.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Once full payment has been successfully completed, an electronic ticket will be sent to the email address provided during booking.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Reservations are accepted subject to availability.<\/span>
\n\u2022 The Organiser reserves the right to stop ticket sales once the event reaches its maximum capacity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellations and Ticket Refunds<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 In accordance with Subparagraph 22.12 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014, \u201cRegulations Regarding Distance Contracts\u201d, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure activities where the service provider undertakes to provide the service on a specific date or within a specific period.<\/span>
\n\u2022 If a reservation is cancelled, the booking and cancellation conditions of the specific offer shall apply. Cancellation requests must be sent to: newyear@semarahhotels.com<\/a><\/span>
\n \u2022 Until 30 November 2026 (inclusive) \u2013 a full refund is available.<\/span>
\n \u2022 From 1 December 2026 \u2013 the ticket price is non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Event Programme<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, schedule or line-up of performers where necessary, provided such changes do not materially alter the nature of the purchased service.<\/span>
\n\u2022 In the event of significant changes, the Organiser will inform guests using the contact details provided during booking and\/or by publishing information through its official communication channels.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alcohol Consumption<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 Alcoholic beverages are sold and served in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Alcoholic beverages are not sold or served to persons under the age of 18. Representatives of the Organiser or service staff may request identification in cases provided for by applicable laws and regulations.<\/span>
\n\u2022 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse the sale or service of alcoholic beverages in circumstances provided for by applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attendance by Minors<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 Persons under the age of 18 may attend the event only when accompanied by an adult. The parent, legal guardian or another person who has assumed responsibility for the minor is responsible for their supervision during the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

Guest Conduct and Safety<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 Guests must comply with the hotel’s internal rules and safety regulations, as well as instructions issued by the Organiser and hotel staff throughout the event.<\/span>
\n\u2022 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or request that a person leave the event if their behaviour endangers the safety of other guests or staff, significantly disrupts the event, or violates applicable laws, regulations or the hotel’s internal rules.<\/span>
\n\u2022 In such cases, any refund of the ticket price or service fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances and applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Photography and Filming<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 Photography and filming may take place during the event for the Organiser’s marketing and communication purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal Data Processing<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 Personal data collected during the ticket purchase or reservation process will be processed for booking administration, payment processing, event organisation and other lawful purposes in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.<\/span>

Liability<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 The Organiser is not liable for guests’ personal belongings left unattended during the event, except where liability arises under applicable laws and regulations.<\/span>
\n\u2022 The Organiser is not liable for changes to or failure to hold the event due to circumstances that the Organiser could not objectively foresee or prevent, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n
