Salt inhalation therapy is a natural treatment for adults and children. It cleanses the respiratory system, heals skin conditions, promotes better breathing, more restful sleep, and overall well-being. For 45 minutes (35 minutes for children), you will spend time in a calming atmosphere while inhaling the healing power of salty air.
